2015 Senior Healthcare Leaders’ Training Programme at Cambridge
With the support of UK-Medu, the 2015 Senior Healthcare Leaders’ Training Programme was successfully held at Cambridge this month.
More than 30 hospital heads and senior leaders from China attended this programme. The participants systematically studied the National Health Service (NHS) and had the chance to visit NHS Trusts. Medical professionals from other institutes were also invited to give lectures and exchange ideas with these participants. Local health authorities and medical organisations in China also played an important role to make this programme successful.
This learning experience offered great opportunities for future international cooperation between the medical organisations in China and the UK.
UK-Medu has engaged in building the exchange and cooperation platform for Chinese hospitals and the medical organisations in the UK, to provide help and support to hospitals in professional development training, to improve their administrative ability and service quality.
